Dencor SERIES 300CEnergy Administration System Overview Dencor provides a new approach for monitoring and controlling energy in the deregulated utility environment.
Now, for the first time, an integrated system is available for monitoring, controlling and billing that encourages cooperation between the energy supplier and energy user to minimize costs for both.
Dencor, with over 20 years of experience in energy control, brings a new energy administration system to you. The Dencor 300C Energy Administration System provides access to system operations for all authorized users including:
The Energy Administration System is a new concept. It provides a complete system including both the information gathering and the energy control needed to operate successfully in a deregulated environment. The system provides the tools needed for implementing programs to achieve:
The Customer gains the benefit of a control system which permits an effective response to standard or special rate incentives from a utility. The database generated provides information to monitor performance and improve operations. The Utility gains an effective customer communication and control
link. The 300C stores one-minute demand data which can be used to provide billing
information. Any meter with a KYZ output can be used. The Energy Administration System
permits automatic meter reading and data processing for programs to meet potential
competition. The Energy Manager gains a tool to effectively monitor and control a large number of facilities from a single location. The one-minute demand data and temperature records allow the energy manager to provide support for customers and generate a continuous revenue stream by providing monitoring services. Aggregation Software - The Dencor 300C Energy Administration System consists of 300C controllers at individual facilities and two software programs for a central station PC. The Graphics System II software for the PC is used to communicate with the 300C to select operating parameters and download data collected by the 300C. It also provides a Real-Time Graph with 5-second updates of relay operation and data plots while communicating with the 300C. Data stored in the 300C is also downloaded and used to generate graphs (such as that shown to the right). This software also loads the data from the 300C into an Access database.
