The WHCM T provides four season control based on time and outdoor temperature. The
control periods can be set to change control periods during temperature extremes. Optional
override and auxiliary outputs to drive additional low voltage relays are available.

Utility Control
Utility control of customer appliances is growing. Dencor specializes in the
development and manufacture of residential and commercial equipment to control appliances
in an intelligent manner. Local intelligence permits simple utility commands to initiate
complex control actions that can automatically adapt to changing conditions in the home.
Often this can provide both a greater benefit to the utility and a smaller and more
equitable impact on the customer.
The equipment Dencor builds to assist customers on Time-of-Use energy rates or
Time-of-Use demand rates includes provisions to allow utilities to take control, when
needed, for demand reduction. We work with any desired communication system even though we
do not presently provide the communication equipment. Interfacing with new methods of
communication is a major part of our future product development. The following items

- Field Survey Meter Data of Dencor Demand Controller Performance using Utility
Activation. This report gives the results of a program at Otter Tail Power using
